Depending on your request, coordination can include hotel or venue discussions, private dining or chef requests, flowers, photography, guest travel and timing. Every occasion is scoped individually, with suppliers and costs agreed before bookings are made.

As a personal assistant to billionaire families, I have organised private birthday celebrations and milestone occasions at NIHI Sumba and Amanwana on Moyo Island, Indonesia.
